Dear Orchestra Families,

Due to overwhelming demand for tickets to the combined Orchestra Fall Concert (Tuesday, October 22 @ WL Northern), we are going to propose a solution so that every parent and family member can see their child perform. Instead of holding a combined concert, we will hold two separate concerts. Clifford Smart MS and Walnut Creek MS orchestra’s will begin their concert at 7:00 PM. There will be a separate concert for the High School students and families that will begin after the Middle School concert that will begin around 8:00 PM.

Parents will no longer need tickets to attend the concert but we ask that you only attend the concert(s) where your child(ren) is performing. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are at a point where we just do not have enough seats to hold this 4 school combined concert. If you have any questions regarding this, please reach out to your school administration.
